Court allows Hovensa to name Limetree Bay as stalking horse bidder in bankruptcy sale

Hovensa (Christiansted, VI) says a US bankruptcy court has approved the company’s choice of Limetree Bay Holdings as a “stalking horse bidder” in the Chapter-11 sale of Hovensa’s assets in the US Virgin Islands, which consist of an oil storage terminal and an idled 500,000-bbl/day refinery with aromatics capacity on the island of Saint Croix.
