Indonesian Coal Accepted in Taipower’s Bids for LS Thermal Coal

Indonesian coal was accepted at around US$80/MT on C&F, gross-as received (GAR) 6,322kcal/kg basis in the spot tender for low sulfur (LS) thermal coal called by Taiwan Power Company or Taipower with a closing date of October 20th (TPC10401-S). The successful bidder was Brooklyn Enterprise Pte Ltd, which will supply 450,000 MT of Indonesian coal, while the bid quantity was 525,000 MT.
