The price reduction negotiations of green petroleum coke produced in the west coast of the United States for the fiscal year 2010 (April 2010-March 2011) seem to run into rough waters. The negotiations intend to fix the price of green petroleum coke for delivery in the later half of the fiscal year 2010 between the major supplier Oxbo Carbon & Minerals LLC and Japanese MS (sulfur content of around 4%) green petroleum coke consumers. The contract tonnage was already fixed on the fiscal year 2010 basis.
