According to operating results during the period from July to September, which was recently announced by China Petroleum & Chemical Corp, or SINOPEC, its net income increased by 14.7% to 19,638 million RMB, or about 2.94 billion US dollars, from the same month of the previous year. Its total net income for three quarters from January to September amounted to 56,445 million RMB, or about 8.46 billion US dollars, up 11.5% from the same month of the preceding year.
