Premium Price Of Naphtha Fixed At Term Deal With S-Oil-Full range naphtha at 5 US dollars /MT while light naphtha at 5.75 US dollars /MT

Premium prices of full range naphtha and light naphtha were respectively settled at 5 US dollars /MT and 5.75 US dollars /MT at term deal between South Korean major refiner S-Oil Corporation and customers for the supply of naphtha during the period from January to June 2011. It seems that a Japanese buyer signed the contract. The negotiations had been held in Seoul since November 16th in order to finalize prices of naphtha based on FOB South Korea. From November 18th, the bargaining had been underway through fax. S-Oil's own price formula on the basis of FOB South Korea is adding premium prices to quotes on C&F Japan.
