China's LNG Imports Expected To Further Grow Toward Demand Season-Taking measures for stable supply of natural gas

China's LNG imports are expected to grow further in the future. In order to consider various measures for stable supply of natural gas toward the demand season from this winter to spring next year, China's National Development and Reform Commission, or NDRC, conferred with three companies such as PetroChina Company Limited, SINOPEC Corporation, and China Offshore Oil Corporation, or CNOOC, and made decisions to increase its LNG imports as well as its domestic production of natural gas.
