KPC Offers US$36/mt for Naphtha

Kuwait Petroleum Company (KPC) indicated its offer, reportedly AG + US$36/mt FOB or higher, for full-range naphtha shipments during April 2014 - March 2015 in the negotiation that started on February 3, 2014 between KPC and its customers in Singapore. It is not known yet at which level the buyers indicated their bid prices, but they are said to be aiming at high 20's, implying tough negotiations ahead.
