Tokyo Electric Power Company, or TEPCO, plans to receive 250,000 KL of fuel and crude oils in April 2011. Although unit 2,3,5 and 6 of Kashima Thermal Power Station, with total output power of 4.4 million KW, in Kamisu city, Ibaragi prefecture, which have been forced to be shutdown on account of the Great East Japan Earthquake, are expected to resume operations in April, the total consumption of fuel and crude oils in the month is estimated to stay at 250,000-300,000 KL, almost remaining unchanged from the same month of the previous year.
