Tata Steel May Buy Out Riversdale-Against Rio Tinto-

In opposition to Rio Tinto, there has emerged a possibility that Tata Steel Ltd. of India may embark on buying out of independent coal company, Riversdale Mining Ltd. of Australia. As reported before, Rio Tinto has already started to try to buy out Riversdale. The management of Riversdale acknowledges the company promotes negotiations for selling out with Rio Tinto. Rio Tinto is said to be planning to buy out Riversdale shares by Australian Dollars 15.00 per share.
