Bathurst Resources Ltd. of Australia completed acquisition of interest in new metallurgical coal project, Buller metallurgical coal project in New Zealand. The company obtained interest in Buller project by buying out of L&M Coal Ltd., 100 percent subsidiary of L&M Coal Holding Ltd for an amount of 35 million US dollars. As a result, the name of L&M Coal was changed to Buller Coal Holdings Ltd.
