摘要

A simplified analysis of the nonlinear transmission line based on a ferroelectric film in a paraelectric state is presented. Using this description, it is possible to assess the efficiency of a transmission line intended for increasing the slope of a propagating signal front with allowance for losses in the line. Expressions for evaluating the signal compression efficiency of transmission lines with distributed and lumped parameters are obtained and illustrated.
