Meico's FCS750E form/cut/stack vacuum and pressure forming machine, which is manufactured in Switzerland by its associate company W/M Wrapping Machinery, features a forming area of 750 X 530 mm. A standard version incorporates dual heaters with proportional heatzing zones, moving platents for the forming and cutting stations, a stacking/counting unit and a winder for scrap. In trial, runs, the machine realised a speed of 45 cycles/minute while processing APET trays.
