Sharda Glass Inc. of New Jersey Says it's Unaffected by UK Sale

Amid reports that the United Kingdom (UK)-based Sharda Glass Ltd. recently was sold to CCPE Architectural Glass Ltd., officials at Sharda Glass Inc. in Glassboro, N.J., say they remain unaffected by the sale. "Sharda Glass Inc., based in Glassboro N.J., is still operating as normal without any effect from the British company, with projects already completed and major projects in the process of production," says Tony De Witt, managing partner of Sharda Glass Inc. He adds, "With the existing and completed projects undertaken by Sharda Glass Inc., our full range of services originally provided in the UK can now be sourced in the US. with our long-term future established at our plant in Glassboro."
