The article discusses peculiar features of deformation on winding epoxy-polymer fiberglass, organic, and carbon composites. The stiffness properties of the materials are determined as a function of winding conditions with regard to achieving the "shape memory" effect in fiber-filled heat-shrinkable couplings.
