Haverford, Pennsylvania -Various foam purchasers in the US have filed putative class-action lawsuits against a group of polyurethane foam producers.Law firm Chimicles & Tikellis of Haverford, Pennsylvania, said in a statement on its website that it is "investigating a potential class-action lawsuit on behalf of persons or entities that have purchased polyurethane foam products directly from one of the parties," within the last four years.
