Grammer takes 90% of Chinese truck seating joint venture

Fuping, Shaanxi — Grammer and Shaanxi Automobile Group, the fourth largest heavy truck manufacturer in China, have agreed to form a jv for truck seats. The new company called Grammer Seating (Shaanxi) will be based in Fuping, Shaanxi, and Germany-based Grammer will own 90% of the venture, while Shaanxi Automobile Group will hold the remainder.
