MANCHESTER,UK-Texas Pacific Group,the new owner of UK-based foamer British Vita Ltd,has appointed a new senior management team:Howard Harris-chief executive(above)Stephen Francis-group finance director Peter Buchanan-director with responsibility for cellular polymers Jan Nielsen-director(special projects)Steve Cox-director Graham Maundrell-HR director The managers of the industrial businesses will continue to report to Calvin O'Connor,who was formerly director with responsibility for industrial polymers,while those within the nonwovens business will report to Luc Maes,chairman of the Libeltex Group.
