A UK inventor claims to have developed a simple method of treating polyurethane foams and other materials to make then resist ignition by a blow torch without affecting other properties.So far only informal testing has been done,because of the costs involved,but the UK government has just provided a grant which will allow full testing to be carried out"in the very near future,at the British Research Establishment,"according to ory Donnelly of Brandingplus Ltd,which represents inventor Michael Keenan.
