WITH hundreds of tonnes of underground equipment to recover and put back to work, the cost of replacing tackle damaged or lost can run into tens of thousands of pounds. But all this is about to change at Thoresby Colliery where they are using tagging as the new salvage tool that could save the pit the thick end of 200,000 pounds.
