EPA outlines plans for addressing climate change as WV senator calls for Congressional action

The EPA has been under intense heat as it attempts to formalize rules to vent our Very Hot World. There are lawsuits, rumors of lawsuits, and pressure from the suits, including eight of those that occupy the U.S. Senate. EPA Administrator Lisa P. Jackson issued a response February 22 to a letter sent to her the evening of February 19 by the eight Senators, which asked about the agency's bring C02 to its very knees plans for 2010.
