Coincidence? Groups suing utility as EPA rules against Texas air quality plan

Gee, sometimes it seems that the Environmental Protection Agency and environmental groups are acting in concert with each other. Who woulda thunk it? The latest round of the EPA/enviro two-step is happening in Texas where three green groups are getting together to sue the Lower Colorado River Authority for "more than 10,000 violations of the Clean Air Act." The suit is targeting LCRA's 1,050-MW Fayette Power Project, which has three coal-fired units located near LaGrange.
