lifelines: Roger Black

At the moment I'm totally absorbed with being a full-time father, as seven weeks ago my wife and I had twin boys. Business-wise my life is split three ways: the day-to-day motivational speaking, conference work and up to 90 speeches a year all around the country and abroad. It's going to be difficult fitting my daily life around the new arrivals, but it just comes down to planning. The good thing about what I do is that I have busy and then much quieter periods. I've just launched my own company, Roger Black Fitness, in association with Argos, and have regular TV and motivational speaking jobs. It might sound a lot but I'm not out every day working nine to five which means I have time to be with the boys.
