To provide a lifeline application system capable of assisting a batch application of procedures at an optimal service organization when an applicant carries out the procedures.SOLUTION: In a lifeline application system, an intermediary server includes: service selecting means for receiving, from a user (a terminal device), the selection of one or more services; first plan selecting means for receiving, for the selected service, either the selection of one of the plurality of service plans, or the selection of an assisting plan to decide the service plan; user information input means for receiving the input of user information that contains user's personal information and a desired contact day to a contact address; application information storing means for storing, as application information, plan information indicating the selected plan by the first plan selecting means and the user information in association with each other; and application information transmitting means for receiving the input of an arbitrary date or a time period, executes a process of searching the application information that contains the corresponding desired contact day, and transmitting the searched application information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
