Toni Turner spoke to the policy and quality team at Sense to find out how it is working to ensure that services meet the needs of deafblind people.Assessing services and making changes to ensure a quality service is a difficult task in any field. But developing a quality service to meet the needs of deafblind people who may have widely-differing needs and great difficulty in communicating these needs, seems a daunting task.
