摘要

By the early 1970s hippie counterculture in the US was starting to lose momentum. However, on a laid-back university campus in Santa Cruz, California, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) was rapidly picking up speed and gaining committed followers. Unlike the 'flower power' generation, NLP survived the ferocious materialism of the 1980s and, despite its critics, continues to go from strength to strength in the new millennium. Since 1998, NLP has been making waves in the UK business world and is heralded by some leading companies as a highly valuable methodology with the potential to inspire, motivate and positively transform staff and so boost the success of any organisation.
