Although I am very Pleased with the column, like David Hoyle (Quality World, February 1995), I have been disappointed at the limited scope of subjects in Assessors' Corner. There are many areas of ISO 9001/2 where variabilityin assessment occurs and Assessors' Corner provides a means for airing these differences and establishing good practice throughout the quality industry.
