North American market pulp producers seek higher list prices for the sixth straight month amid a jump up in US pulp spot market levels, which opened November with a bang by rising $25-35/tonne on four grades, contacts said this week. Producers reported little spot tonnage available in the USA.Spot northern bleached softwood kraft (NBSK) rose to $670-700/tonne on a net delivered basis in the US East and Midwest, up $35/tonne, and spot northern bleached hardwood kraft (NBHK) rose $35/tonne to $560-600/tonne.
