According to the present invention, in an apartment having a national housing size with a front 4-bays spatial structure, one bay of the front or the side is provided to a terrace court that is an external space having a height of two floors while maintaining a conventional 4-bays spatial structure. Moreover, for an eliminated internal space, an additional bay is additionally provided in a clearance of a corresponding unit household to provide spatial composition that does not change an area scale or a size of the whole unit households.
