Graphic sells CRB mills to Sun Capital Partners

Graphic Packaging (GPI) this week signed an agreement with an affiliate of Sun Capital Partners to sell two coated recycled board (CRB) mills with a total of about 280,000 tons/yr of capacity. The US Dept of Justice required Graphic Packaging to sell the mills in Wabash, IN, and Philadelphia, PA, following GPI's merger with Altivity Packaging in March.Terms of the mill sales were not disclosed.
