Mohawk to focus more on envelope, converting capabilities in its system

Mohawk, which said late last year it planned to grow in the envelope business, conducted job fairs this week in Ohio as part of a major increase in production of envelopes at its Ashtabula plant. "Up to 100 full-time positions are available as Mohawk grows its envelope operation from a standard eight-hour day, five days per week schedule to a new three-shift-per-day, seven days per week model," the company said in a recent release.
