Norampac, Interstate still studying new lightweight containerboard PM projects

Despite the current sharp drop in container-board demand, two North American producers, Norampac and Interstate Resources, continue to study plans to install new machines to position themselves for the next market upturn and what could be a possible demand shift to lightweight recycled containerboard.
