A discussion that could spawn the first major grade change in US recovered paper specifications since 2007 will take place at the Paper Stock Industries (PSI) meeting in February in Dallas. Committees will be formed at the PSI Specifications Summit meeting Feb. 25-26 to consider Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries' (ISRI) specifications for US domestic and export recovered paper.
