South Central US corrugated converters told of steady business growth, with some regional variation, and reported gaining about 6-8% increases on their box prices this year, according to a recent Pulp & Paper Week survey. After last spring's $50/ton container-board price hike in the USA, all those surveyed reported that they increased corrugated box prices anywhere from 6-8%, with some saying increases fell a bit below 6%.
