The Mondi Group has been demerged from Anglo American.It now has a dual listed company structure,which comprises Mondi plc and Mondi Ltd.Mondi plc is a UK incorporated outfit holding Mondi's non-South African assets,with a primary listing on the London Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE).Mondi Ltd is a South African incorporated company holding Mondi's South African assets,with a primary listing on the JSE.
