PapierfabrikVreden is due to re-commission PM 3 at itsVreden mill on September 8 following a rebuild.The work will allow the fluting machine to produce testliner 3 and improve the strength of its output.But the unit's 35,000 tonne/yr capacity is not expected to rise.
