Pulp Mill Reduces Dirt Counts with Brownstock Acidification

A mill was interested in lowering its overall dirt count in the final pulp due to customer complaints.To lower its pulp production cost,the mill was also interested in gaining other benefits such as improved consistency off the washer,reduced talc consumption and dispersant application as well as fewer deposits.
