In this paper, the authors try to validate and refine a comprehensive model and instrument for measuring customer-perceived service quality of Websites that market digital products and services. The procedure used in modifying items, collecting data, and validating a multiple-item scale is described. On the basis of analyzing data, the evidence of reliability and validity is presented. The implications for practice and research are also explored. (77 refs.)
