SIXTH INTERNATIONAL EVENT PLANNED FOR BOISE, ID, IN '06: Organizers hope to build on success in China

Boise, ID, will be the location of the Sixth Annual World Potato Congress planned for August 20-26 next year. Organizers of the Congress hope the success of the fifth annual event held last March in Kunming, Yunnan Province, China, will carry over for the first Congress to ever be held in the United States. There were four cities in the running to be host city for next year's Congress. After a long decision-making process, Boise, ID, was chosen.
