Two new supply chain visibility tools were released recently.At its annual user conference,Sterling Commerce introduced its new Supply Chain Visibility application that combines real-time visibility of supplier information with proactive exception management.The tool gives users better inventory allocation and customer satisfaction,and reduced operational costs.
