Help children develop the right bod choices

Now-a days every mother is keen to see her children grow up with heaithy eating habits. Right from breakfast til! dinner she spends a substantia! time in the kitchen, cooking nutritious and healthy food that she thinks her kids would like. But children are always fussy when it comes to eating. The reason is the quick and easy availability of junk/ fast food in the market. We can see the market filled with different types of junk-food. Eating junk-food has become common in today's world. It seems to have engulfed every age; every race and the new entrants are the children. Wafers, colas, pizzas and burgers have become the most important thing in their diet. They force their parents to get junk-food. Mostly the parents agree to buy junk-food for the chifd just to see him happy and to avoid any fuss at home. Parents try to fulfill the child's demands without being concerned about the bad effects of eating junk-food. It is the parent's duty to alert them from such bad eating habits.
