摘要

Seed healthiness of three root and two leaf parsley cultivars was evaluated. Filter paper method was used to observe the occurrence of fungi on parsley seeds. The presence of bacteria was noticed on seeds placed on PDA medium. Mycological analysis showed that the most common inhabitants of parsley seeds were Alternaria spp. Among them Alternaria petroselini was highly pathogenic to parsley seedlings. The fungi: A. alternata, Bipolaris sorokiniana and Ulocladium sp. showed slight pathogenicity. Epiphytic bacteria were found inside all tested parsley seeds. Relationship between chosen isolates representing both Alternaria species: A. petroselini and A. alternata was defined on the basis of isolated fungal DNA.
