Effect of payment credit facilities on the instantaneous replenishment model, an exact approach

The inventory model presented in this paper incorporates the effect of payment credit facilities on the economic order quantity of the instantaneous replenishment model. Continuous compounding and discounting are used and performed on continuous flows where applicable. The uniqueness of the optimal solution is demonstrated, and the feasibility of payment credit facility offers is investigated.
