Optimal Retailer's Replenishment Policy under Multiple Stages Trade Credit Linked to Payment Time

摘要

This paper investigates the retailer's optimal inventory policy under supplier credits including cash discount and partially or fully permissible delay in payments depending on retailer's payment time. One theorem is developed to efficiently determine the optimal replenishment and payment policy for the retailer. Finally numerical examples are shown to illustrate the results in the paper.
