Despite 2010 being in its infancy, there axe two good reasons to be looking forward to 2012 already: not only will it be the year of the long-awaited London Olympics, but it will also be the start of major new pension reforms that, for the first time in the UK, will mean virtually all employees are auto-enrolled into a pension scheme chosen by their employer. Employers will also be required to contribute to each employee's plan.
