SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATICALLY INSPECTING AND SELECTING PRECISE SCREW USING VISION, ENABLING A USER TO MEET A DEADLINE BY THE RAPID INSPECTION OF A SCREW

PURPOSE: A system for automatically inspecting and selecting precise screw using vision is provided to enable a precise screw to be divided into a good product and a defective product through the inspection on the image taken on each part of the precise screw aligned.;CONSTITUTION: A system for automatically inspecting and selecting precise screw using vision comprises an alignment guiding part(40), a product adding interval sensor(50), a side image inspecting unit of a head unit(60), a lead inspecting unit(70), a head bottom inspecting unit(80) and a defective product discharging part(92). The alignment guiding part is installed on one side of a rotation plate(1) and guides a screw onto the circumference. The product adding interval sensor is separately installed on one side of the alignment guiding part. The side image inspecting unit of a head unit is installed near the rotation plate and takes an image on the side of the head unit of the screw. The lead inspecting unit monitors the taken image signal in MICOM. The head bottom inspecting unit is separately installed on the bottom of the rotation plate. The defective product discharging unit is installed on the edge of the rotation plate and collects the screws recognized as defective goods.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
