OPUS COMPLETES TALISMAN UPGRADE PROJECT

Produced water treatment and oil separation specialist, Opus, has recently completed a separator upgrade project on the Montrose platform, located in the UK sector of the North Sea, for Talisman Energy (UK).The contract, said to be worth around pound 200,000, involved Opus, which has bases on Flotta, Orkney, and in Guildford, undertaking the process design for the separators as well as designing and supplying new internals for the installation's first stage separator and dehydrator vessel.
