摘要

Cyclodextrins (CDs) have been well investigated due to their well-defined cavity structures and abilities to recognize and embrace various molecule guests. Therefore, they have widely applications in electrophoresis, chromatography, catalysis, molecule tube precursors, and chemical sensors, and so on. Recently, here has been great interest in the utility of CDs as a drug release carrier. Because of their ability to alter properties of the guest molecules, such as solubility, dissolution rate, bioavailability, CDs are capable of abstaining some unfavorable properties of drug molecules through forming inclusion complex with them.
