Fuel cells (FC) offer high chemical-to-electrical energy conversion efficiencies (60%) and have a broad application potential in portable,mobile (transportation) and stationary power generation systems.Hydrogen is a preferred fuel for FC-based power systems,however,there is a lack of an established infrastructure for providing hydrogen to FC and other hydrogen end-users.
