Direct absorption measurements using laser-induced deflection

High-sensitivity and straightforward absolute calibration are combined using IPHT's laser-induced deflection (LID) technique for direct absorption measurements. The new "LID sandwich concept" allows measurement of even small samples with reduced sample preparation and significantly increased sensitivity.
