Simple respect has been key to one Illinois pork producer's success as both a producer and good neighbor. For Mike Lanham of Edinburg, Ill., following the "Golden Rule" has not only been the right way to treat his neighbors, it's been the only way. That's how Mike and his wife, Marsha, have been doing business since they purchased their first 40 acres over 20 years ago.
